What is a workforce campaign
What is it?
The United Way workplace campaign unites employees in all offices or departments of a company and allows them to donate, volunteer, and support causes that matter to them.
The workforce campaign is about more than raising money for worthy causes; it also strengthens connections between employees and their community.
2023 Campaign
In 2022, 38 local companies collected pledges from their employees, contributing to support 19 partner agencies that provide services to individuals in our communities. Private and individual donations contributed to over $250,000 to bring Nacogdoches Area United Way to our campaign goal.
2024 Campaign
This fall, the 2024 "Live United" campaign will likely feature a new car raffle from Rex Perry Autoplex, a hybrid campaign with virtual and in-person options, and new opportunities for business leaders to be involved.
