Turkey Trot - November 28, 2024

Registration for the Pilgrim's Turkey Trot is now open! 

5K and the Kids K (no charge but limited to 100 participants). 

Register early as a price increase occurs on November 1.


Lots of volunteers are needed to make this event a success for our participants.  

Sign-ups will opens on September 1st.

LIGHTED Christmas Parade - December 7, 2024 @ 6:30pm

Gather your loved ones, cozy up, and join us for a heartwarming Lighted Christmas Parade on the brick streets of Downtown Nacogdoches. 

  

2024 Parade Theme: Home for Christmas 

Theme notes: This is Veteran-oriented for Pearl Harbor Day as in let’s welcome our soldiers home for Christmas and remember those who didn’t or can’t make it home for Christmas. We encourage patriotic décor and inclusion of any of your organization’s Veterans on your float or in your vehicle!

Cook Teams Wanted! Share your delicious BBQ with our judges and Do Dat participants.

DAY of CARing - June 2025

What is day of caring?

Join your friends and co-workers for the annual Nacogdoches Area United Way DAY of CARING! On this day volunteers mobilize into workforces to provide "hands-on" help for non-profit human service agencies.
